A One Day Event from Gods Manly Man Ministries
A day at the range, capped off by an incredible pig Bar-B-Q dinner!
Drinks and munchies available all day!
Bring your weapon(s) of choice and a chair. Pistols, rifles (sport and tactical), and shotguns are all acceptable. If you don’t have a weapon, no problem, we will assist you! Bring your own ammo (no steel-jacketed) or purchase it at the facility. Everyone MUST wear ear and eye protection - MANDATORY!
There will also be a shooting contest, $5 for each paper target, and you submit your best target for a chance to win our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.
The cost is $30 per person for the day, which includes access to all shooting range areas.
Our speaker is Jim Rice, a general contractor, and owner of Forest Construction Company, Inc., Showcase Kitchens & Baths, and DeNeal Construction Services, Inc. In addition to his business pursuits, Jim has spent most of his adult life in the ministry as the leader of the well-known Christian country band Brush Arbor, and as a popular speaker and teacher. Jim is a graduate of Fuller Seminary with a degree in marriage and family counseling.
Jim lives in Camarillo, CA, with his wife, Daryl. They have one grown daughter, Jaime, who is now married and living nearby. “Oftentimes we can’t see God’s involvement in our lives on an everyday basis. We don’t see what He is doing until we look back at the events of our life, after they are past, and see how God has done incredible things, miracles sometimes.”
